West Hollywood opens its new library

The new library at San Vicente and Melrose was dedicated with a big celebration on Saturday, leading into Sunday's West Hollywood Book Fair. The WeHo city council will meet from now on at chambers in the building. Days before the new library opened, the old one was torn down amid some controversy.
