A judge has revoked Lindsay Lohan's probation again. She's back in custody pending $100,000 bail, taken from the courtroom in handcuffs. Judge Stephanie Sautner dinged Lohan for completing only 21 hours of community service at the Downtown Women's Center and none at the Los Angeles County morgue.
