Fire truck and imagery in McOsker ad for cable

Pat McOsker became the first candidate in the 15th city council district to put a video ad on the local cable channels. As a longtime firefighters' union official, he goes with smoke, a generic fire truck (not overtly L.A. city) and verbiage about not cutting police and fire to balance the City Hall budget.
