Prosecutors today charged two Rialto fathers, Louie Sanchez, 29, and Marvin Norwood, 30, with felony mayhem, assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury and battery with serious bodily injury in connection with the opening day attack on Giants fan Bryan Stow at Dodger Stadium. They remain in custody. Dorene Sanchez, 31, also arrested Thursday on suspicion of being an accessory after the fact, was released on bail. LAPD Chief Charlie Beck announced the arrests today and said "it's just as important to exonerate the innocent as to arrest the guilty....I want to tell the world that Giovanni Ramirez is no longer a suspect." Beck appeared with Mayor Antonio Villaraiogsa and asked the media to withhold photos of the two defendants and the female suspect. NBC 4 video:
