This warning has popped up just off the Mulholland Highway segment in upper Hollywoodland, east of the Lake Hollywood reservoir. It's aimed at people who creep up the narrow lanes to catch a close-up glimpse of the Hollywood sign. Curbed LA has more photos, a map and some background on the tensions.
