Revjsed concept maps for redistricting of congressional districts in California may have moved San Gabriel Valley Republican David Dreier out of the Democratic strongholds where the first round of maps appeared to place him, the Sacramento Bee says. But it looks worse for Long Beach Democrat Laura Richardson, the paper says.
