Cartoon and Daily Mail mentioned Arnold love child in 2003 *

arnold-love-child-cardow.jpgOttawa Sun cartoonist Cam Cardow observed (presciently?) about the existence of an Arnold Schwarzenegger love child back in 2003 — while he was running for governor as a darling of California conservatives despite his admitted groping and previous drug use. His cartoon and a bunch of others out of the archives about Schwarzenegger's female issues are at The Cagle Post.

Turns out that the Daily Mail reported, also in 2003, about a supposed Schwarzenegger child born to a flight attendant who worked on Arnold's jet for 20 years. The son of Tammy Tousignant is old enough now to be photographed as a high school football player, Gawker says. * But: Her lawyer says she had no child via Schwarzenegger. [Update: She's not the one.]

And Steve Lopez of the L.A. Times posts a brief blast at Schwarzenegger:

I would have thought it would be hard for Mr. Universe to top his 2003 confession that he was a serial groper. Now I’m wondering if there’s anything else we should know. Any more love children out there? Has anybody checked with maids and nannies in the Brentwood neighborhood where Schwarzenegger lives?

Look, we always knew it was about ego with Schwarzenegger. Biggest biceps. Biggest box office. Biggest recall.

Biggest flop as governor too, and now biggest phony.

Plus Mark Lacter at LA Biz Observed: Would California have been this messed up if Schwarzenegger tryst had come out in 2003?

Note: A tech glitch ate an earlier version of this post. This version has some new material.
