Westwood architect Jamie B. Myer has designed an innovative solution to the bottleneck that forms along Santa Monica Boulevard where it crosses under the 405 freeway. Let through traffic keep on truckin' below grade and use a roundabout for drivers who want to get on (or off) the freeway. His model is Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C., pictured. Hat tip: Curbed LA
