Manny Ramirez abruptly retires from baseball

It appears that Manny Ramirez got caught on a drug test again this spring. Facing a 100-game suspension, he retired from the Tampa Bay Rays. He batted 17 times this season with one hit — a single. The former Dodger goes out a .312 hitter with 555 home runs. ESPN
