City News Service (and thus TV and radio and some other news websites) moved a story last night saying there were 38 "arrests" made at Dodger Stadium. The L.A. Times blog item said zero arrests, but 38 citations. Now City News has upped the count to 46 and agrees all were citations. Most were for alcohol offenses, per the LAPD. "There were no arrests on stadium property," City News reports.
