Yesterday was turf-laying day at Dodger Stadium. The grass is called TifWay, a form of bermuda that "has the shortest winter dormancy of all hybrid bermudas, staying green longer into the fall and greening up earlier in the spring. It is the best bermuda for coastal California." TwitPic'd and Facebooked by the folks at West Coast Turf. Hat tip: Dodgers Blue Heaven.
