Lisa Richardson, an L.A. Times editorial writer from 2006 until recently, has joined the staff of Los Angeles County Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas as Senior Deputy for Communications. Richardson, a former Times reporter, works with another ex-Times reporter, Peter Hong, who is the Senior Deputy for Agency Review and Support.
