Laurel Erickson back on the air in L.A.

laurel-erickson-socalconnec.jpgI missed that longtime KNBC reporter (and the ex-anchor of "News Conference") Laurel Erickson returned to the local air waves last month as the correspondent on an episode of KCET's "SoCal Connected" about "the bizarre and punitive world of parking in West Hollywood." You can watch it at the link. On this week's show, airing for the first time Thursday at 9 p.m., Erickson reports on how the threat of rising sea level is affecting some California beachfront communities. Also this week: Judy Muller and producer Karen Foshay report on police and fire retirees who draw generous pensions and a public salary. Teaser video
