Gov. Jerry Brown caught a Southwest flight this morning from Sacramento to Burbank — "no press aides, no entourage, no security" — and not even paying the $16 extra for business select seating. He chatted on board with a Department of Corrections juvenile justice special education supervisor who sat down a seat away. Carla Marinucci of the San Francisco Chronicle grabbed the video.
