Rebecca Wells, 51, was found slumped over on her desk in the L.A. County Department of Internal Services in Downey by a security guard on Saturday. She was last seen alive by a coworker on Friday morning, says KTLA. Wells was treasurer of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly of Los Angeles and was soon to be a grandmother.
