The state's new Citizens Redistricting Commission voted unanimously this afternoon to hire Rob Wilcox as its communications director. He was communications director for Laura Chick when she was City Controller in Los Angeles, and went north with her when Chick became California Inspector General. That post was eliminated by Gov. Jerry Brown.
