An SEIU union investigation concludes that the chief executive of Central City Community Health Center, which provides free or low-cost health care to the indigent of L.A. and Orange County, has secretly used the charity's money to pay expenses of his own for-profit businesses. The two-part web report is by SEIU local 721's Center for Public Accountability and its chief investigator, former L.A. Times reporter Ted Rohrlich.
