Paige Rense to retire from Architectural Digest

paige-rense-nyt.jpgPaige Rense Noland, 81, has been editor of the magazine since 1975. She will retire at the end of August and there is no successor yet named, Conde Nast announced. The staff was told today that Rense Noland will be leaving. Last November, when it came out that Architectural Digest lost more ad pages than any other Conde Nast magazine, the rumors that Rense Noland was a short timer became pretty loud.
