When then-LAPD chief William Bratton first listed his Los Feliz home, he denied plans to leave town and insisted he just wanted to get out from under the cost of a swimming pool he didn't use. Wnen he did finally leave L.A. for New York, the house was still on the market. Curbed had the news Friday that the home, originally listed at $1.875 million, finally sold for $1.4 million.
