Sen. Al Franken of Minnesota is having a fundraiser Friday night at the House of Blues on Sunset Strip that's calling on his Saturday Night Live days. Dan Aykroyd and his wife Donna signed the invites, and appearances are promised by Kevin Nealon and Dana Carvey. Tix are $2,400 and $4,800 for the dinner, but Ted Johnson at Wilshire & Washington says there's also a $50 reception co-hosted by Generation4Change, "the outgrowth of a young-Hollywood grassroots org that campaigned for Barack Obama in 2008."
