Santana steps down for now, enters treatment

City Administrative Officer Miguel Santana announced Sunday that he will temporarily step down from his City Hall post and enter an alcohol treatment program. Assistant City Administrative Officer Ray Ciranna will serve as acting CAO. Santata was arrested on a suspected DUI while driving home after last week's Los Angeles Political Roast. Later in the day he issued an apology.
