KCAL's news went out in the field this afternoon for a report from that Prius flower patch beside the 110 freeway where that makeshift memorial to Toyota victims was taken down — four days ago. The station was so excited by the story, even though it really ended on Monday, that it's being teased for the 5 p.m. news on sister station KCBS. Here's our post from Tuesday.
