Choosing to give his first lengthy statements on the divorce and Dodgers future to MLB.com beat writer Ken Gurnick, Frank McCourt repeated what has been asserted out of the stadium all along — that he alone is the owner and that the split-up of his marriage is having no effect on the team's off-season. The first point is totally in dispute and is heading for a judge. The second point is apparently not in dispute: no one outside of McCourt's employ believes it.
