Officer Aragon was off-duty when his motorcycle crashed around 2:15 a.m. at Fletcher Drive and Larga Avenue, according to the L.A. Times and CBS 2. He was pronounced dead at Glendale Memorial Hospital. Aragon, a 19-year veteran, was a community relations officer in the Northeast Division. He leaves his wife and five children.
