Scott Gerber stepped down as spokesman for the state Attorney General, saying he was guilty of "serious errors in judgment" for taping reporters' phone calls without their knowledge or consent. Gerber says he was taping to ensure accuracy. (Upside? Now he's available to work on the campaign.)
