Paley Center opens with hockey

The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills unveiled its fall schedule, starting tonight with Wayne Gretzky, Bruce McNall and a showing of "Kings Ransom," a documentary by Peter Berg about the 1988 trade that brought Gretzky to the Los Angeles Kings. Also expected to attend is Peter Pocklington, the Edmonton team owner who consummated the trade with McNall, then the owner of the Kings. Also on the schedule are events about "Drop Dead Diva," "True Blood" and a Kennedy Center salute with Carol Burnett. Details after the jump.
