Phase 1, going from downtown to Culver City, was supposed to be finished in 2010, but now they're talking about only a partial opening. Spokesperson Gabriela G. Collins tells Curbed LA that the delays are "significant." She adds: “We are evaluating with the contractor right now to get more of the line open by 2010." The contractor's latest schedule, laid out in a report to the Expo Board on Sept. 3, shows a 50-week delay. And folks, that’s just to Culver City.
