Sharon Waxman at The Wrap says that Hollywood blogger Nikki Finke stands to pocket $80,000 out of a class-action lawsuit against E-Trade for being tape recorded without her permission. Waxman takes umbrage at the settlement and Finke's connections to lawyer Neville Johnson, writing: "It’s of a piece with Finke’s penchant for suing and threatening to sue companies large and small, mostly when she was out of work and out of money."
