The Times and Register have announced a deal in which L.A. Times delivery people will deliver both papers. The Register will thus become the Times' largest commercial delivery client. If that doesn't punctuate the end of the Orange County newspaper war, nothing will. (Well, if the Register ever moves into the Times' old Costa Mesa building, as rumored, that would say even more.)
