Job: Latino-themed content chief

The formal title is Chief Content Officer, and the employer is Radio Bilingue. The project takes a little more explanation.

A major new public media programming service in Los Angeles will produce pilot content directed to a younger, ethnically diverse, underserved audience with an initial focus on the largest group, Latinos. Radio Bilingue, Inc. will hire the Chief Content Officer on a full-time temporary basis. The right individual will lead the creative team in developing and testing innovative multi-platform programming.

It's on the mediabistro jobs board.
