A panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeal has sided with Jet Propulsion Lab scientists who are resisting a government requirement that they detail past and present financial transactions and political ties. Larry Wilson, public editor at the San Gabriel Valley papers, posts that "it's a tremendous victory in the Pasadena courthouse on South Grand Avenue for the good guys in this case -- loyal JPL scientists and engineers who just want to be able to go about their important work."
