Singer Chris Brown will have to do community labor and five years probation, stay away from Rihanna, give up a DNA sample and other steps in exchange for deal that keeps him out of jail for beating her in Hancock Park, according to several reporters tweeting from the courtroom. Add: LAT reporter says Rihanna does not want the stay-away order, KABC reporter says she wants a limited order: no phone or electronic contact. As Brown leaves, Rihanna enters to hear the terms.
