Metrolink has agreed to pay the agency's former spokeswoman $135,500 to settle potential claims arising from her departure. Denise Tyrrell resigned last September after being criticized by some Metrolink officials for her handling of the Chatsworth train crash that killed 25 and injured 135. Tyrrell now manages the Los Angeles office of the state Public Utilities Commission.
