Is this an anybody but Jack Weiss for city attorney statement? Only Rep. Maxine Waters knows for sure, but the press release quotes her saying, in part: "Carmen Trutanich grew up in South Los Angeles and worked in our community as a successful prosecutor taking dangerous gang members off our streets."
