Ladies and gentlemen — the Ronettes!

Estelle Bennett, original Ronette and sister of Ronnie Spector, died this week at her home in Englewood, N.J. She was 67. They're forever young on YouTube, especially in the second half of this video, shaking it to "Shout."

"Boys wanted to be with them, girls wanted to be like them, and record buyers of both genders devoured their [Phil] Spector-produced mini-operas," says the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, which inducted the Ronettes in 2007. "The premier act of the girl-group era."
