Candace Parker caps golden year

The Sparks' Candace Parker won the WNBA's most valuable player award — and rookie of the year, plus an Olympic gold medal and a national championship at Tennessee before turning pro — and now she is pregnant. "We feel blessed," Parker said in a statement for her and husband Shelden Williams, who plays for the Sacramento Kings.
