A two-foot-long alligator was captured this morning on 4th Avenue in Venice. It's being held at a city animal shelter. That's a long way from Reggie's old prowling grounds, and he's supposed to be at the zoo anyway. Is this a recession thing? It was just last week that a gator was nabbed on the street in Huntington Beach.
