Upside to the Obama-New Yorker cover

Carolyn Kellogg blogs at Jacket Copy that there is a potential winner in all the handwringing and debate over the magazine cover depicting Barack and Michelle Obama as Islamic militants. SoCal author Sarah Shun-lien Bynum, the author of "Madeline Is Sleeping," has a story in the disputed New Yorker issue. Hmm, by extension, does that mean candidate Bernard Parks's call for a boycott could be seen as hurting a potential voter?
