Eighteen months after he lost his news editor job at the LA Weekly to Jill Stewart, Alan Mittelstaedt is back in the Weekly's good graces — as a poster on the paper's LA Daily blog. He's got a couple of items up about Mayor Villaraigosa. More generally, I like how they're using LA Daily to have an online presence on news through the week.
