Richardson seems to like Obama

Here's a YouTube video of New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, at UCLA yesterday, declining to make an endorsement in the presidential race but saying nicer things about Barack Obama. Of Hillary Clinton, Richardson calls her "enormously capable" and says "she's got very valuable experience." Richardson noted it was President Bill Clinton who appointed him ambassador to the United Nations and Secretary of Energy, but says he already repaid the Clintons: "I served well." Regarding Obama, Richardson told an amusing story and said, "There's something very special about this guy that's good...Something about him has inspired a lot of people." The event was a Burkle Center for International Relations conference at UCLA and Richardson was questioned by the L.A. Times' Maggie Farley.
