The City Council will wait a week to vote on the hike sought by the Department of Water and Power. Time for more politicking study. The Daily News, which has been trying to elevate the rate hike into a big cause for the Valley, live-blogged the debate at the Sausage Factory and got nary a reader comment. The LAT blog post got a couple.
