Buyout papers in at the Times

Three Pulitzer winners from the John Carroll-Dean Baquet era turned in papers by yesterday's deadline, I'm told. Many other veteran reporters and editors have decided to call it quits. I'll post the list once it's confirmed. Some are leaving the Washington bureau, which is bracing for a major upheaval possibly as soon as when the L.A. editors and publisher arrive this week for meetings on the future.
