Radar's Overrated 100

Radar Magazine's October issue offers a hundred of the most overhyped people, places and things — and L.A.'s own* David and Victoria Beckham make the top of the list and the cover. "It’s not that they’re untalented; it’s just that he’s an overpaid soccer star and she’s a pointless collection of body parts," the magazine deems.
