Rocky loses another spokesman

Jonathan Diamond is leaving the City Attorney's press office after a bit more than two years. He had been assistant managing editor at the Los Angeles Business Journal, and plans to return to the print media "initially as a freelance writer and editor," according to his email around town. The list of departed Delgadillo media aides is too long even for the Web, but includes KNBC's Ana Garcia, the tongue-trippingly named Contessa Kellogg Mankiewicz and Matt Littman, the speechwriter who has a blog piece at the Huffington Post today criticizing the cars and drivers provided to Los Angeles politicians.

Also moving: Gia Gittelson is leaving Los Angeles magazine (and KTLA) to enroll in nursing school at Santa Monica College.
