George Miller, who is 69, was the subject of a legal tussle over access to files kept by the Los Angeles Archdiocese. The U.S. Supreme Court rejected Cardinal Roger Mahony's attempt to keep the files confidential, and today Miller was arrested on suspicion of sexually molesting a child he met in the '80s at Guardian Angel church in Pacoima. Similar charges against Miller were dismissed four years ago after SCOTUS ruled a California law invalid.
