J.A. Adande, the only Times sports columnist who went to Crossroads, writes that he took the buyout and is exploring other options. He sends a shout-out to a roundup of L.A. sports flacks and athletes who gave him stuff to write about. His favorite players and coaches: Derek Fisher, Rick Fox, Robert Horry, Lawrence Jackson, Phil Jackson, Jason Kapono, Eric Karros, Shaquille O'Neal, Carson Palmer, Dave Roberts, Luc Robitaille, Mike Scioscia, Teemu Selanne and Gary Sheffield. Word is that Adande will be announcing a pretty good and highly visible job soon.
