Aaron Gross, the deputy chief of staff to Councilman Bill Rosendahl, is moving down to the third floor to be the City Council liaison for Mayor Villaraigosa. Taking Gross's place on the Rosendahl staff is Laura McLennan, legislative director for Alex Padilla when he was on the council. McLennan had previously worked for Sen. Dianne Feinstein and Al Gore.
