Getting in the game

Blogger Zach Behrens (In the Oaks and LAist) is running for a seat on the Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council. He's unopposed, so it looks like he should be addressed in the future as the Honorable Councilmember Mr. Zach. He notes at In the Oaks that the Sherman Oaks field deputy for City Council member Wendy Greuel is listed as a new blogger in the community.
