Dan Laidman, who became the new guy in the Daily News' City Hall bureau just last summer, is jumping to Copley News Service to fill the shoes of David Zahniser. When the time comes in April, he won't actually have to move very far. If I have my third-floor press suite geography correct, Copley has the room one door over from Camp Orlov.
