Front pager in the L.A. Business Journal mentions that the circa-1930 Wilshire Theatre, designed by S. Charles Lee as the Fox Beverly Hills, will be getting a $20 million makeover by its new owner, the Jewish reform congregation Temple of the Arts. The Nederlander Organization will continue to lease the auditorium for plays and concerts for the next three years. Billy Crystal's "700 Sundays" is scheduled to run through Feb. 25
